Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Three (3) Part-Time Academic Lab Instructors are needed to teach ANAT 5217 (Functional Human Anatomy, for Physiotherapy students) and ANAT 5000 (Clinical Anatomy, for Occupational Therapy students) from September 9, 2024 to December 16, 2024.
Duties include, but are not limited to, instructing and demonstrating human gross anatomy in the laboratory to graduate level Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy students. The instructors will be responsible for participation in the marking of exams. The position reports to the Course Directors. The expected total hours for laboratory instruction and marking of exams are 62 hours.
Qualifications/Requirements of Position
  • Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy degree is required.
  • The successful applicant must have demonstrated knowledge of human gross anatomy and an established record of teaching experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with groups of students.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude towards students, and fairness in evaluation and grading are required
Salary Range/Pay Rate $49.68 hour
