be certified to instruct and proctor Advanced.fst.   Membership in
Dietitians of Canada and provincial registration as a professional
dietitian are preferred.  Applicants must have experience in successfully
teaching at a university level, including the use of online and related
technologies (Blackboard Collaborate, Moodle).

Additional Duties:
The NUTR 315L LA Lab instructor must coordinate tours as needed and have
the knowledge/skills (MSExcel, MSVisio) to provide the guidance to
students for lab assignments on cycle menu assessment, menu engineering,
yields, recipe/menu costing and foodservice facility layout/design.
Providing feedback on lab results and grading assignments as required.

support/extend course content.
