Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for the teaching of: SOSA 3281.03: Youth Crime, Tuesdays & Thursdays 835-955 (Fall Term 2025/2026).

The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation, evaluation and electronic submission of grades. The instructor is required to be available two hours per week for consultation with students. The instructor reports to the Chair of the Department.

Qualifications/Requirements of Position
Applicants should possess a PhD in Sociology (or a PhD in a closely related field, with other degree(s) in Sociology), and should have University level experience teaching directly in the subject area.
